DEMOCRATIC REP. OF CONGO
Mary Ratter asks continuing prayer for Mwaji who is settling into his role as the hospital administrator at Katoka. Pray forKaumba who has become an elder in the local assembly, and is responsible for church hospitality among other things. Already they have seen positive changes taking place. Pray that the Lord will strengthen, encourage and help these men, and that their enthusiasm will continue.

TANZANIA
William and Eunice Rea – We have been informed that their son Darrell, who was a believer, was killed in a helicopter crash whilst fighting a fire in South Africa, near Wellington on 22 April. He was a skilled helicopter pilot and had recently been fighting fires on other humanitarian missions. Please pray for Angela his ife, son Elijah, and all the family at this time, and for William and Eunice who have flown to South Africa to be with them.

ZAMBIA
Phil and Hilda Cracknell – Each week about twelve ladies visit their house for one to one sessions of either literacy or practical skills (mainly sewing). Often Hilda will give a devotional talk, although they seem to come mainly for the social interaction. Pray that what they hear will encourage these ladies to seek more spiritually.

THAILAND
Peter and Peggy Ferry (senior workers) – From 1-3 May Peter will be teaching at an assembly retreat in Malaysia and would value prayer. In addition, from 11- 24 May a short term Bible school will be held in Phuket for church leaders in rural areas, where Peter will share the teaching with Amnart, a national worker. Please pray for them both, and for all those who attend.

BELGIUM
Ann Dryburgh is meeting with fifteen women on an individual basis and would value prayer. These women are from a variety of backgrounds and situations, and all keen to grow in the Lord.

CZECH REPUBLIC
Di Barry asks prayer for an outreach organised by the youth workers which takes place monthly, using a mix of music, video clips, personal testimony and a short Bible address.

FRANCE
Allan and Anne Kitt give thanks that the international students’ Bible study held on 21 April went well and ask prayer for all those who attended. The seven students present were all believers, but with varying levels of commitment to the Bible as the infallible Word of God, which is to be trusted in historical matters and obeyed in questions of moral standards. Allan had a useful time encouraging these Christian students and underlining the reasons we have for fully trusting and obeying what the Bible says.

Briand and Hélène Tatford (senior workers) would value prayer for both their physical and spiritual strength. Briand is still finding it painful to walk or stand for long periods of time after his fall, please pray that he will make a full recovery soon.

Joel and Amanda Burger would appreciate prayer for Marc recently enrolled in a club which will give him specialist learning support, and for both Alex and Marc, who remain interested in spiritual matters and comfortable in the church, despite there being no effective group for them.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
Noel and Liza McMeekin – The SHED (Serving Him Every Day), a teenager’s outreach, is taking place 1-3 May, when Noel and Liza will accompany 40 young people to Annalong for a weekend of Bible Teaching. Please pray for safety in travel, and blessing on all those who attend.

Bert and Wendy Gray (retired workers) – During May a series of ‘Goodseed’ seminars on evangelism and lifestyle, are taking place in Dublin (5 May), Cork (9), Enniskillen (11-12), Belfast (13-14) and Cardiff (16May). Pray for those leading the seminars, that they will be well attended, and an encouragement and blessing to all.

ITALY
Rod and Debbie Jones ask prayer for the National Italian assemblies conference taking place on 1-3 May. Rod would appreciate prayer as he shares the speaking, and pray for all those who attend the conference, and take part in the seminars to be held on various aspects of the topic ‘Living the Gospel in the Community’.

David and Marion Mead (senior workers) – On 20 April an elder from Mombercelli assembly, Aldo Aresca, was killed in an accident, at the factory owned by Aldo and his two brothers. Please pray for his wife and all the family at this time.

Giovanni and Hannah Donato would appreciate continuing prayer for the GBU (Christian Union) ministry in which they are involved. Please pray for the preparation of possible summer outreach projects, for the GBU group in Palmero and that new student leaders would be available for the next academic year, and pray for the GBU’s annual mission trip to Montenegro in May. In addition, please pray for the possibility of renting a new church building as they need to vacate the current one by January 2016.

SPAIN
Peter and Mhairi Fleck – Pray for opportunities coming up in May and June to take part in Gospel outreach in Medina Sidonia (one of the many towns with no evangelical witness) with art and music workshops. Pray that these steps will be a means to reach the town with the Gospel message.

OTHER OVERSEAS SERVICE
Benji and Gill Daniel ask prayer for those affected by the Nepal earthquake that took place on 25 April. In Benji’s field of work in western Nepal, about 100kms west of the quake epicentre, believers were in worship (Nepali churches gather on a Saturday for worship as Sunday is a working day), but none were harmed. Most of the people in this area are known personally to Benji. Please pray for those involved in the relief operations and that the relief provided would get to those areas and people for whom it is intended.

FIRSTSERVE
Abigail Pennington has now returned to Trujillo after helping in a children’s complex in Pucallpa for the past few weeks. Please continue to pray for her through all of her activities, and that she will continue to use her skills wherever she is based. Please also pray for Hazel Currie who is now assisting at the training centre in Nyangombe, helping children to learn more about the Lord Jesus in a Bible study that takes place each week. Pray that God will use these lessons to impact the lives of the children she comes into contact with.

Please join with us in praying for these matters.
