Prof. P. P. Skaria: A Man of God with Integrity & Leadership
With the passing away of Prof. P. P. Skaria, an ‘era” has passed away from us. He was an intellectual giant, who made a serious contribution in the world of education through several textbooks in economics. He was also a devout student of the Scriptures and the Brethren movement and kept in touch with all the greatest writers in the Christian world. His passing away is an irreplaceable loss for the Kerala Christian community in general and the Brethren community in particular
Skaria master served as the President of SBS for over a quarter of a century. Since he was a visionary, and since he knew the pulse of the society, he very strongly endorsed the way in SBS has grown to embrace the changing society with the help of numerous new spiritual programmes to reach children in India and abroad.
SBS family finds this an irreplaceable loss and prays to God that He might raise many more visionaries like him. We also assure his family members that our prayers are with them.
Abraham Thomas Kochi
President, SBS
