Thank you for your prayers and support for the ministry in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Uttar Pradesh is one of the most populated states of India (204.2 million, 2012 census) and Uttarakhand a state carved from UP has a population of 10.08 million, 2012 census. UP has 75 districts and we have 27 evangelists in 18 districts and in Uttarakhand we have 13 districts and only four evangelists. We have a huge task ahead of us and the Lord has laid upon us a burden to work among the youth who are the future of our assemblies.

Keeping this in view, we have been holding youth camps for the young people from these areas. We have held three camps exclusively for young people from UP and UK and God has blessed these efforts. Out of these young people we have set apart potential young people to undergo an intensive Discipleship Program named ‘Timothy Project.’ We had our first session with 25 young people from various assemblies from UP and UK in Jan 2015. It was well received and we plan to have three sessions of three days each this year too.

We seek your prayerful support, as we plan our fourth youth camp from the June 16-19, 2015. We are hoping to host this event in Dehradun as we have good infrastructure. The theme of the camp is ‘Quest for the best’… living a fruitful life!
