Ministry Update: ECS Ministries – March 23, 2015

Prayer Items

Pray for our USA-based Prison Coordinators, that they will continue to have open doors to send the ECS Bible courses into prisons and jails.

Rwanda – Samuel Muhire
Our ECS building does not meet Rwandan building code, needs to be demolished, and rebuilt. Please pray for God’s Provision. Pray also for the radio ministry, Radio Emmaus Rwanda. Buying time on the radio is expensive; it would be much more economical if we had our own small radio equipment. Pray with us.

India – Santosh Thomas
“Praise God for a conference of 170 evangelists from the N.E. states of India. New Hindi courses were presented for the first time! Each person got the Emmaus India 2015 Calendar. Praise the Lord for leadership conferences in other States this month, as we look for additional distributors to join the team.”

Pennsylvania – Jim Yorgey
Jim is recovering from ankle replacement surgery. He is doing well. “I’m still in a boot and riding on my scooter but the incision is healing well after 3 skin grafts. Praise the Lord for His power to heal!”

Rhode Island
Pray for the prison ministry work in Rhode Island. Gerry Bettencourt is working with Life’s Key Ministry to refer inmates. Pray many will sign up for courses!
