Ministry Update: Evg. Johnson James Titus – Jalandhar, Punjab, India

Dear Beloved Brethren In Christ,

Greeting in the most worthy name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The winter season was good and our Lord’s presence was with us during our Outreach ministry and Gospel meetings which by His mercies and grace could be conducted.

In the month of November, December and January, we could arrange some meetings in villages and in town where servants of the Lord, Bro. Jagdev Kumar, Bro. Singaraj Victor, Bro. Vijay Raju, Bro. Mahinder Singh and Bro. R.S. Mishra ministered powerful messages which not only nurtured the believers but challenged some of our youths to submit under the will of God.

Outreach: Our Assembly believers and the believers of Mahilpur came together in Jalandhar to give out the gospel, door to door and shop to shop. In one day, a team of 8 believers did a marvellous reach out to 2000 plus people with the love of God. Please pray for the seed sown that it will bring forth fruit to the kingdom of God.

Assembly: The Assembly is growing spiritually and gradually. New contacts have been revisitedand a couple of baptisms were conducted. Pray for the youth who are willing to obey the Lord in baptism. Last day of every month, we have started a thanks giving meeting in which we invite different evangelist from in and out of Punjab states. Please pray that this encouragement meetings will be a challenge for the youth to have a burden for the Lords work.

Punjab is a state where we have less assemblies with few evangelist. It is open but the weather conditions are not as of south India. So If anyone is willing to pay the price for the Christ sake, please Pray, Plan, and Proceed, as the Lord leads you. Fields are ripe, but labourers are few.

Every district has one assembly and some two. Here in Jalandhar, we have only one assembly and one fellowship in the village of Kapurthala district. So beloved brethren, please pray for the Lords work that many perishing souls will be saved.

Family: Please pray for my family: Wife Lilly, daughters Keren, 13 yrs, studying in Std. 7th and Iyrene, 9 yrs in 3rd Std. Children’s final exams are on the way. Pray that the Lord may give more wisdom and Knowledge and all their educational needs to be met in the new session 2015-2016.

We thank all of you who stood with us in the mission field and still praying for us. We do covet your valuable prayers for the above matters. Do remember our orphanage and Bible school Building work which is still not completed due to lack of funds. We are looking towards the Mountain. The Lord will arrange. That’s our Hope in Christ.
