Ministry Update: ECS Ministries – Aug 27, 2014

Prayer
Pennsylvania – Tim Priano
July was a big month of growth for Life’s Key. We were given a list of 1100 inmates in the state of Ohio that had all expressed interest in ECS courses. By God’s grace, we confirmed the location of all students, determined what they should be sent, and mailed each a package over the span of two weeks. Also, we had a number of building issues taken care of in July. We were given a great gift when our borough offered to re-concrete our sidewalk free of charge. Praise God for that!

Texas – Dannie Machemehl
Dannie will be using ECS courses as an associate with inmates at her local jail.

California – Andy Eden
Pray for the Message, pray for the men, pray for the drive there and back.

India – KC Jacob
KC gives thanks for the regional conferences that ECS has hosted for directors and correctors in two areas of India. These times stimulate vision and action in our teams to reach out more.

St. Vincent
Praise God for Clari Gilbert who is in the application process as the new national director for this new ECS Country! Pray for her as she plans how to set up a team and start the school.

Venezuela
Pray for Loída Gillies as she sets up a table at a large women’s conference. She is also in communication with the leadership of a 5,000-member church interested in using Emmaus. Pray!

Korea & Japan trip – Jim & Sharon Fleming
The days are going by fast for their departure next week. Pray for their preparations!

Dubuque
Pray for the women in the Tuesday night study. We finished the course, Forgiving & Being Forgiven. Last Wednesday one of the women along with her children was baptized. On the 2nd of September, we will have our kick-off for our study on the Gospel of Matthew. Interest is high. Pray for one woman who is new to the study and near to trusting Christ as Savior.
