Dear Brethren,

Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. By God’s grace, we have been blessed with another opportunity to coordinate the 17th annual Southwest Brethren Conference Youth Retreat.
Youth retreat will be held at Riverbend Retreat Center in Glen Rose, TX on December 27-29th. The retreat is geared towards high school and college aged youth (14 years and above) and will be a time of fellowship and Bible teaching. Our speakers this year will be Brother John Heller from Minnesota and Brother Ashley Kurian from Dallas, TX. Please pray that the Lord will speak through them as they unfold the topic of the Fear of the Lord. The speakers will go into detail regarding the importance of fearing God, consequences of not fearing the Lord, developing a healthy fear of the Lord, and the benefits of having a healthy relationship with our Creator.

We ask that the assemblies prayerfully encourage and send your youth to the retreat. Please keep the attendees, speakers, and counselors in your prayers throughout the next two months. We are excited to see The Lord work among all who attend and are confident that His name will be glorified this weekend.
