Prayer

Pray for safe travel for the ECS staff who are visiting family over Christmas.

Pray for the Prison Coordinators as they face an increase in postage rates, for funding.

Life’s Key Ministry and director Mary Ann Bell (Pennsylvania) for the potential of new coordinator being found.

For the 2014 ECS Prison Ministry conference as preparations start to go forward more earnestly after the holidays.

International Coordinator – Jim Fleming

THANK You to all who prayed for he and Sharon as they traveled during 2013 to 9 Emmaus countries to encourage and help, plus 4 new ones to see if the Lord will open ministries there. Please also pray for guidance about where to visit 2014.

Australia – John Orr

Praise God for the 13,500 Emmaus Bible Gems 2014 Calendar that went out. There are free offer cards for an Emmaus course in them. Pray many will be requested. Additionally 8,500 were distributed to 13 prisons in Queensland. More potential prison students!

Bangladesh – Asai Tripura

Praise God that they need to reprint courses. Pray for the finances for this. Also, pray for protection amidst (his words) “a terrible political situation.” (If you are led to help with printing, earmark your gift “ECS Bangladesh”.)
