Dear Saints,

Greetings to you in the blessed name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

We would like to inform you that we the Believers of the five Assemblies, namely, Toyaput, Champi, Laxmipur, Koraput and Bankidi who have burden, as led by the Lord, by His grace, for spreading the Gospel among the unsaved people, seek your kind prayers. We have prayerfully decided to hold a four days meeting, that is, from November 12th to 15th – 2013 at Laxmipur. With the help of God, we had held such a meeting at Toyaput during April 2013 and could see the grace of God in terms of saving of the souls and reviving of Believers. Therefore, led by the same zeal and burden, we want to hold another meeting in November 2013 at Laxmipur where, God willing, as many as 2500 people will gather (both Believers and Unbelievers).

We would like to mention that Koraput district is the most backward area of Odisha State in India. Most of the Evangelists of our district are serving the Lord full-time, braving various problems. There remains a vast field to preach the Gospel among the unsaved people and for the revival of many Christians. So, there is a need for such meeting.

About 30 of our leading brothers from different parts of Koraput District gathered at Toyaput on 20.7.2013 and prayerfully discussed matters related to the upcoming meetings. We could come to know the total budget approximately Rs. 6,20,000 (Rupees Six Hundred Twenty Thousand) is required for the expenditure of the meeting which includes a contribution of Rs. 100,000/- to 50 Evangelists. Out of the total expenditure, our local Believers are able to contribute Rs. 2,10,000/-. So, there is another need of Rs. 4,10,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Ten Thousand) for the purpose.

Therefore, we request your sincere prayers to meet the remaining need of the meeting for the glory of God. In this regard, we have opened a join SB Account in the following names of our Elders, viz. Please note that excess fund raised, if any, over and above the requirement for the meeting, will be utilized for Church Building (under construction/to be constructed) in two/three Villages of this area.
