Pray for Democratic Republic of Congo [CMML]

Continued fighting in the DR Congo:
Mert Wolcott received word yesterday that more than 100,000 people are now displaced by the fighting between the militia and the Congolese Army in the region. The population of Aveba have fled, and the militia General Cobra and his troops are headquartered there. The Congo Army controls the road and much of the territory to the north between Nyankunde and Aveba. The army has brought in heavy artillery. There is potential for many casualties and much destruction. Please pray for the people that have been displaced and the many Christians that live in this area.
