May 28, 2013 Dear Brethren, Warm greetings in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are writing this letter to share a few updates from this ministry. Tax Exempt Status Following the registration of the organization in the United States, we applied for Tax Exempt status from the US Internal Revenue Service. We are pleased to inform you that International Brethren Mission & Media Ministries has been approved as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As a public charity we are exempt from federal tax and can now issue tax receipts to all donors in the US. |

Transition of www.BrethrenNews.com to www.BrethrenTimes.com As mentioned in our previous letter, www.brethrennews.com was launched in 2011 with the objective to share the news happening in the Brethren community. After, forming this new ministry, it was decided that the website should be made more efficient and function in collaboration with like-minded believers. In order to facilitate teamwork and various contributors, a new platform and website was designed. All news updates related to the Brethren believers and assembly ministries will now be available on www.BrethrenTimes.com . Content is still being updated. We invite you to visit this website, share it with others and provide feedback. |

Development of www.BrethrenDirectory.com The primary goal of this website is to list and link all the brethren ministries from different countries. The brethren from any part of the world can search and find a particular mission or ministry or church. Right now, lots of things are happening among the assemblies around the world and the knowledge of it is limited to too few people who take interest to find it out. This is a huge project in need of contributors from different parts of the world. This may take a few years to accomplish. But we believe with the active co-operation of the responsible brethren, it can be accomplished soon. We will be individually contacting these brethren to help us with this task. |

Newsletter We are in the process of launching an electronic newsletter which will cover the news happening among the assembly brethren around the world. We are looking for contacts (only Brethren believers) in every country. The frequency of the newsletter will then be decided based on the availability of the news. We believe sharing the news will enable the brethren to know what is happening in the assemblies and then pray for them meaningfully and even participate where it is needed and possible. |

Concerns raised Last year we had sent a letter to the believers announcing this ministry and its objectives. Because of the word “International”, few brethren raised some concerns. We would like to reassure all the brethren that IBMMM will never interfere with any local churches or independent ministries anywhere in the world. Our only objective is to facilitate the growth of Brethren movement around the world. But we do believe that the resources in our hands can be well utilized when we work together for a common goal. This is a humble ministry and not at all a denominational setup to control a group or a ministry. |

Immediate needs One of the objectives of IBMMM is to encourage and edify brethren by airing / streaming audio and video messages in real time. Our goal is to expand this ministry in several countries. We can train, counsel, and assist in developing a local team of believers who are interested.
