Women’s hospital is in urgent need of gynecologists with MBBS, DGO or MS OBGy.

Women’s Hospital, Ambajipeta was started by Dr. I. Leeser. Miss S. Wright was her colleague. Mr. N. R. K. Heward Raj is the present C. E. O. (w.e.f 01-10-2017). Despite the missionary doctor Irene Leeser, who left the hospital many years ago after serving over 40 years, the hospital is still known to the public in her name.

Many Brethren Assemblies were planted through this hospital ministry.

The hospital is facilitated with more than 130 maternity beds, and three operation theatres. However, there is no full-time gynecologist currently.

Hospital management is under Stewards Association.
