ADMISSION NOTICE 2015-16

Madurai Bible School was founded in the year 1955 by Bro. M.E. Cherian and was changed to Madurai Bible College with the introduction of B.Th program in 2014. For over 59 years, more than 900 men and women have graduated and are now active in Christian ministry and around 400 are full time workers in Tamil Nadu and all across the globe. Madurai Bible College has been providing an outstanding Biblical Training to men and women – within a closely knit family environment.

Courses offered (Residential Courses):

• 1. Certificate in Theology (C.Th – one year)
  It gives the student a basic understanding of biblical doctrine and practice which equips him for effective ministry. There will be outreach, training and exposure of mission fields in various parts of Tamil Nadu.
• 2. Bachelor of Theology (B.Th. – three years)
  B.Th. offers a vivid teaching of the doctrines and practices, systematic theology, biblical studies, and world missions. The courses give special attention to enhance your area of passion in ministry, by giving specialised training and focus that will aid your ministry.

Qualification: B.Th. applicants require completion of PUC/12th standard or 10th standard with at least 1 year at the Certificate in Theology or respective fields. Mature candidates (20 years and above) with ministry experience will be considered for B.Th. with at least 10th standard completed.

Cost: There are no tuition and boarding fees charged on any student. For the last sixty years, God has been faithful in providing all the needs of the Madurai Bible College through the contribution of the local assemblies and the Brethren who are burdened in this ministry.

Classes will be conducted in English and Tamil. Spoken English classes will also be offered to those who need.
