Shepherds’ Training & Counseling Seminar, RTI Thrissur
RTI Thrissur conducts a special training program for Christian leaders & ministers.
The seminar is designed to present a timely, pastoral and biblical exposition of the nature and challenges of Christian leadership. Theological and practical insights will be highlighted to help leaders to lead with focus and vision in their many tasks and responsibilities of ministry. There will be added opportunity to be engaged in times of focused discussion, workshops and prayer with other participants. – Dr. Alexander Kurian

The Seminar’s focus will be on the preparation of the hearts of those who are or aspire to be in Assembly leadership and oversight ministries and also to develop the skills of their hands so as to provide pastoral care and Christ centered – leadership to those under their charge. The ‘Hearts’ define the character and the ‘Hands’ express the intent of the Heart. Therefore, we pray “Lord help us to be Shepherds with Hearts of Integrity and Hands of Skillfulness.” – Dr. Abraham PC
