Key Verse: “I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called.” Ephesians 4:1

Description: We are encouraged to walk worthy of our calling. What is our calling? How do I walk worthy? In what way does this give glory to God in all aspects of our lives? This session will examine Ephesians 4:1-16 to answer these questions and encourage us to walk worthy of the calling with which we are called.

Plenary Session 2: “Walk Not as the World” – Bro. Ben Mathew
Key Verse: “This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk” Ephesians 4:17

Description: We are told that we “once walked according to the course of this world” Ephesians 2:2. Now made alive in Christ we are encouraged to “no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles.” However the things of this world continue to attract us and we struggle to walk worthy of Christ every single day. In this session we will examine Ephesians 4:17-32 on how to walk worthy of Christ and no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk.

Plenary Session 3: “Walk in love” Ephesians 5:1 – Bro. Ben Mathew
Key Verse: “And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us” Ephesians 5:2

Description: With everyone talking about love these days, it has become confusing to understand what true love is, where do we see it and how do we as children of God walk in love. This session will examine Ephesians 5:1-7 on how we can see true love demonstrated for us in Jesus Christ and how we are encouraged to walk in love.

Key Verse: “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light” Ephesians 5:8

Description: Jesus said that He is the “light of the World.” If we are created in Christ Jesus, we are encouraged to walk as children of light. This session will examine Ephesians 5:8-14 to understand how and why we should walk as children of light.

Plenary Session 5: “Walk carefully” Ephesians 5:8 – Bro. Sunil Albert
Key Verse: “See then that you walk carefully, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” Ephesians 5:8

Description: Time is so precious and too often it is wasted. The believer is encouraged to walk carefully, being wise, redeeming the time. How do we walk carefully in this world? This session will examine primarily Ephesians 5:15-21 to answer this question. We are encouraged to understand that we are created in Christ Jesus for good works that we should walk in them. We do this by Walking worthy of the calling with which we are called, no longer walking as the rest of the Gentiles walk, Walking in love, walking as children of light and walking carefully as wise, redeeming the time.
