Ministry Update: ECS Ministries – Aug 03, 2015

Dear Brethren,

Thank you for continuing to pray for the many aspects of ECS Ministries.

Please remember to continue to pray for the workers in Ukraine, India, South Africa,Pakistan, Nepal, Jordan, Egypt, and Nigeria.

Prayer Items

Please continue to pray for the search for a new Executive Director to replace Rob Tyler who will be retiring next year. Click here to see a letter from the Board President.

Florida – Joseph Jeremiah
Continue to pray for inactive students. Pray for safety in traveling to and from Washington, DC in August.

Hawaii
Pray for Chaplain Charles Noland. He is planning to begin using ECS courses for the inmates at Halawa Correctional Facility.

Illinois
Pray for Julie and Louis Dooley as they meet with Willow Creek representatives to go over the annual Christmas prison outreach packet program, which includes an ECS course.

Pray for Art Lyle who is recovering successfully from an emergency appendix surgery earlier in July.

Uruguay – Ken Russell
“Praise God for a nice increase experienced this year, due to the formation of several study groups in various assemblies. One of the groups with 10 students is in a jail. We pray these groups will persist to the finish.”

Emmaus India Board Meeting
Please pray for the semi-annual meeting of the Board on Thursday, August 7. The Lord is blessing the nearly 20 language schools Emmaus has in India and the decisions of the Board are very important – they want the Lord’s Guidance.
